But do you create any tension (do you push it)?
Idk about exhaling, but inhaling is defently benefitet from the nose.
Read any medical research on the quality of the oxygen from nasal breathen-In. And if you wish - the yogi's ideas behind the quality of "prana" when nose breathing. -
