Actually initially, if you do it the right way (read: Squat) your gut will actually become bigger...noticeably bigger.

I just looked this product up on Amazon and I didn't understand a single fucking word.

After your Pokémon has spent some time in your Pokéwalker, you can get a recap in the Pokéwalker Journal. The journal tells of all the places the Pokémon has been and the things it has found while traveling inside your Pokéwalker! For example, if you catch a particular Pokémon while out on a Stroll, your Pokéwalker Journal will make note of it. It will also keep track of how your Pokémon has behaved while inside your Pokéwalker!
So, Sirc, how did you Pokemon behave while inside your Pokewalker? Did you have to change its diaper?

I see what you mean but sirc is already very thin. It would be a bad thing if sirc loose weight.

am I missing something? The squat does nothing to increase the size of your gut. squats are an intense legs and core exercise

Lucky. Not in the buying of a game that my 6 year old god sister is addicted too and almost makes me glad that until age 10 pokemon was too violent for my parents to risk letting me watch (as well as Recess for some odd reason) but that you can run long distance. I hate the hell out of long distance running but that's because there's nothing to do on the trail and asthma create's friction with it. So to me the fact that you can even force yourself to run long distance is inspiring so good luck.

I get the exploring thing, but the training effect of a mile of biking and a mile of running are not equivalent, so be careful not to look at them that way.

I do some work for Nike and get some goodies every year.
I thought this was lame at first, but it's starting to grow on me.

    Nike +iPod pedometer
Nice option if you already have compatible Nikes and an iPhone, Nano whatever.
It is cheap and small too.

I'm gonna make a playlist from that classical music thread and see if it increases my wattage. :)
