Why do you even want to do the 540 hook kick? If it is to look cool, then go ahead and keep on practicing. If you think it would be of any utility in an actual fight, think again. It just won't. Don't waste your time on it. Go to the gym and lift some weights, go for a run to work on your cardio, or go find a heavy bag to hit.

Go to the forum, very knowlegable people on stunts and the like there. They do stuff to make the 540 look basic. One thing, if you want to get the 540 your 360 needs to be easy to you. -
