There are a lot of flaky techniques in Shorin Ryu. No doubt about it. But it is also often a brutal "blood on the floor" style of krotty.

I kind of want to comment on his video, but only to see how much Jesus his response contains. Having already read enough DTG/Choson stuff though, I don't think I actually need to run the experiment to have a good idea what the results would be. -

I used to train with Jerry Gould when I was younger. He'd do all kinds of crazy conditioning ****, strong front kicks with his big toe to the bottom of a heavy bag, just plain scary.
