Really? Should we call him and request a fucking menu?
I can't believe fucking mouth breathers like you get so much fucking slack around here...
Of course, Tim's out there living his theories, he's a human experiment and a quite successful one at that. Meanwhile, you non-training fat fucks sit around here, arguing and quoting lab results to each other and feeling superior... what a gaggle of fucking circle-jerking back-patting losers."Judo is a study of techniques with which you may kill if you wish to kill, injure if you wish to injure, subdue if you wish to subdue, and, when attacked, defend yourself" - Jigoro Kano (1889)

You really don't learn from the past, do you.
Last time you got into an argument with me about veganism, you had bioavailability backwards.
This time you're defending a guy who thinks that cooking destroys amino acids and that enzymes can contain amino acids but somehow don't count as proteins.

Being a good athlete doesn't excuse bad science.
You know, I spent about a year out of the gym with post-concussion syndrome, and I'm still recovering from it. I've only been lifting again since New Year's.
This is why I'm no longer strong enough to grab dumbbells the same weight as Tim VanOrden and bench press them. Now I'll have to settle for military pressing him for reps. -

Yeah, life doesn't suck as much now as it did. The beta-blockers the neuro put me on pretty much preclude Tabatas, though, which breaks my "non-training fat ****" heart.
And in the interests of full disclosure, I have never actually dumbbell bench pressed 145lbs (Tim's listed weight). The DBs in the gym only went up to 130lbs. Personal best was 5x130lbs on June 23, 2007, which may or may not extrapolate to 1x145lbs. -

this is you fat fucks talking to Tim VanOrden about his diet:

Thead over. Tim wins, Fat wannabe science cunts loserz!!!"Judo is a study of techniques with which you may kill if you wish to kill, injure if you wish to injure, subdue if you wish to subdue, and, when attacked, defend yourself" - Jigoro Kano (1889)

And this is your cognitive dissonance over him getting caught spouting obvious falsehoods:
Edit: I mean, he's 5'9" and 145 pounds, and he's supposed to be some sort of model of muscle growth? Come on. He's a stick. He eats fifteen hundred calories a day and runs 45-65 miles a week. At that rate, he could be pounding sugar cubes and he'd still be scrawny.Last edited by TheRuss; 4/11/2010 8:34pm at .

But you're a no-training whining ****, so it doesn't matter now does it? "I used to this, I used to that..."
& your fucking little friend here: "I'm right while I'm a wannabe diet brainiac while I enjoy my obese sedentary lifestyle, flexing my little facts on the Interwebs, meanwhile Tim VanOrden lacks sufficient dietary knowledge to flex grey matter with me but looks like this at 40yo & makes me look like more of a luZoR with every breath I take":

Talking about cognitive dissonance... you aren't even able to comprehend that he's comparing his diet and muscle mass in relation to other guys at his level of athletic performance. I thought you were supposedly a smart guy, under all of that concussed fat???
For someone supposedly (self-admittedly) smart, you sure are fucking dense (objectively obvious)..."Judo is a study of techniques with which you may kill if you wish to kill, injure if you wish to injure, subdue if you wish to subdue, and, when attacked, defend yourself" - Jigoro Kano (1889)

Edit: You know what? **** this. I don't care about what you've accomplished. As far as I'm concerned, your ad-hominem bullshit means you've volunteered to back up Tim's claims about the following:
-protein assay in foods
-cooking's effects on amino acids
-enzyme quantity and properties
You have two PT forum posts to get whatever clarification you require and provide said support, with appropriate citations. Get cracking.Last edited by TheRuss; 4/11/2010 9:24pm at .
