Chaos almost exactly 1 year ago I started training again after a 10 year break. I'd say go easy initially, don't do too many back to back days. I definitely made some minor injuries worse by not listening to my body in those first few months. My body remembered how to kick hard but the connective tissue in my legs couldn't take it so I was hobbling all over the place.
You are 25 so you should still be invincible, I am in my thirties.
1 year later I feel fantastic, so glad I got back into this.
