    Tongue Effects - Where's yours?

Okay this goes here, if i'm correct.
If not, may this be posted wherever it belongs.

I've recently discovered that tongue positioning in the mouth affects both enery/mind/breathing patterns. So i have a question for all of you.
Have you noted how/where Exactly do you keep your tongues during the usual days and training sessions?
    Thanks.

P.S. - Personally i observe a great deal of change in relaxation and fighting abilities with different positions. So...

seriously? .. if you post your tongue to the roof of your mouth you wont be able to breathe properly through your mouth. if you relax your toungue everything else is normal.

..perhaps I'm overlooking something can you explain what you have discovered about tongue positioning?

I always go for the tongue in cheek method of Chi delivery to the enemy .

Okay. If some of you is familiar with Dan Millman. He's an martial arts instructor. Author of the Peaceful Warrior. (Living in the Present Moment)

His idea is that you can practicly meditate through the whole day. And what it adds is that if you're able to maintain control over full Natural Nasal Breathing, you would be able to benefit a lot more than from mouth breathing.

Hey. This is whole new experience.
Mantak Chia - a guy who is in the field of Tao Healing. Talks about Chi and other things. So from his readings we could find that the tongue has a major role in connecting the biggest two meridians of our Bodies (if you know what Accupuncture is). Imagine this Yin and Yan force always combined. Wouldn't that make a punch more effective, yo?

All i ask is to find out where YOU keep yours. If some of you, guys, is successfull in his Martial Art - i'd love to find out for him.
Nothing i desire to get you into. Do this the way you like.

    Thanks.

I am known to show my tongue to my opponents after the fight, regardless if I win or lose.

    Does that help?

I keep mine on the roof of my mouth, just the tip of the tongue though.
