and he showed it to me. basically he said grab the arm and waist, then move waist arm to neck. move right leg behin his right leg and trip throw him (some sort of judo throw). or do the same but keep arm around waist and start turning sort of lifting him and circling him around u (also judo throw)

been lifting hard for years but apparently i don't really have the genetics to be swole. getting intermediate strength tho (400lbs atg squat 1rm @ 182 lbs bw 5'10", upper body far worse) contemplating starting i-force protodrol with my buddies (pro steroids/ pro hormones)
