That site is pure gold. From the quotes:
“When tradition meets innovation; History is made."-Master Safakhoo
“Nabard is the strategy by which we survive the modern day war on the intellectual battlefield.”
-Master Safakhoo
It goes on and on. If your friend wants his kid to be taught by someone narcissistic enough to think every emanation from his ass is a quote, then this is the place. -

"This art was created by Grandmaster Safakhoo who is known as the Father of Modern Persian Martial Arts."

Poorly performed pseudo-Chinese poo... If it's so Persian, why are they wearing Chinese-looking uniforms and sashes, why are they using Chinese weapons, and why are they doing Chinese techniques?
Guess it ain't so "Persian" after all...
Why do people do this? Don't they realize damn near everyone has access to th3 int3rw3bz these days? -

Thats quite obviously bad kung-fu rebranded as "ancient persian". A relatively stupid move, considering how many persians live in diaspora, and how hard they cling to their traditions. Any persian will almost instantly call bullshit on this one.
Persian martial arts are heavily influenced by India. So much they even resemble each other in the names.
The traditional system, often called Varzesh-e Pahlavani, which is supposed to translate to "Sport of the Heroes" is a mixture of strongmen exercises and "Koshti" wrestling. Persians totally dig wrestling anyhow.
Kosthi looks like this:
YouTube- koshti iran قهرمان ایران امید امیری.dat
or this (Kosthi wrestler at international tournaments):
YouTube- iran wrestling
finally this is Pahlavani:
YouTube- Varzeshe Pahlevani
The only influence china has on Persia/Iran lies in delivering surface-to-air missile systems and toasters to the country.
