Taking a break

Well.. Knutsford actually.
Me and Mufi had bit of a knockabout today (also mentioned in the current aikido flamewar) doing some standup avoidance and closure (which we suck at) and some grappling/submission work (which I won by two bouts of cramp and a carpet burn).
Doubtless Mufi will make some sort of feeble excuse about having been out last night with his wife being romantic......
Anyway... we can get a studio with some mats for about £10 an hour, so is their anyone else in the area who'd be interested in the occasional throwdown?
As a side note... I laugh at and mock all you lava pit training fools. We've found an even harsher environment for T3h 5tr33t......
Its called a nylon carpet. ****.. that stuff hurts...

Gimme a shout, I'd be up for a bit of that

What sort of stuff would people be interested in doing?

I'd be up for an English throwdown. I don't even mind coming up to Manchester since I have a mate in Congleton. Is that close?

Beavis - Congleton isn't too far away from Knutsford
drunkenj - I can't do easter weekend, but if your free the weekend after, we could try and arrange it for then.

I might be able to do the weekend before as well, certainly on a Sunday.
Any other takers in the UK?

Ahh... It may as well be a million miles, despite only being about 15 miles away. Public transport is pants.
I can arrange lifts from manchester I suppose.
