Motivation

I HAVE TO work.

I HAVE TO train.

thats all.

I never ask myself "hmmm should I go train today" or "ahh do I feel like working?"

I work to be able to live with lovely missus and pay my half fairly. If I wasn't with her I'd still work as hard but only live in a **** hole flat and keep an extensive and expensive collection of Scotch.

I train so that I will never return to being the fat **** that I was a few years ago and that the endorphins make me happy.

Motivation? Seeing the look on other peoples faces when i annoy the crap out of them.

Also because i get bored really easily. I need something to do, and hitting things seems a good way to pass time.

Mortgage + other bills take up about 50 hours per week. I get up every day for my wife and kid.. and BJJ (when not injured).
