Love rolling with the big guys. Sure, I get owned for the most part.
With the exception of a couple of youngsters that also wrestle, I am the small guy in our dojo.
Under 5'10 and standing twice to cast a shadow, it's made me give real focus to kuzushi and becoming a chokemeister.
You big bastards that love to crush me while in north/south. I hate you.

Correct me if I'm wrong (BJJ whitebelt here), but isn't it the case that if you do the sweep correctly, the guy can't really do much to stop it no matter how big he is? I mean, I've swept bigger guys with that simple half-guard foot pull sweep without really having to exert a lot of strength

As another BJJ white belt, I'd say yes. But the problem with size and strength difference tends to come from getting them into the correct position, after which the sweep itself is a pretty trivial thing. Of course sometimes they help and go there on their own, which I find particularly polite.
Curiosity killed the cat. But damn it had a blast. -
