That guy is pretty damn good. Did he make the national team? Do you have 4 years of San Shou or 4 years striking total? Use the teep to keep him off you. Switch it up with the side kick when he actually commits to the overhand. If you catch him with that, he'll have something to think about. There is also a turning throw off the overhand, but that's hard to pull off.

You can also try stepping in if he telegraphs it (just to jam it), pushing off, and put in a leg kick.

He is very fast, not knowing you're skill set i'm going to lean
towards the advice of war wheel as being the best so far. If
I had anything to add it would be to make him uncomfortable
and close the distance on him with hard & accurate punches.
Work the body first then the head & in his haste he will surely
make a mistake leaving room for a nice counter.
