Checking out a MMA school

There is a MMA school close to me and I'm going to go check them out...What clues am I looking for to see if this school is worth my time or a McDojo. What am I looking for in terms of their accreditation. And what are some "Red Flags" to watch out for?:qright1:
Any help would be appreciated.

Best read the stickies at the top of each forum, those things that say your name and "read me". I think they want you to read them.
