I teach a basics of BJJ class at DC arnis, arnisdc.com. At 80$ a month for that plus unlimited of their other classes. There's also a whole bunch of big name academies, Lloyd Irvin's, Yamasaki, Beta Academy, 50/50. For Judo, my Judo club meets twice a week at the mount vernon square rec center.

Thanks for your replies, its easyer than sorting through the schools since DC is confuing for me.
He wants to study WC again and I dont have a recomendation, its obviously not standard like bjj. I am going to tell him to be open minded and try out what is in his area. Let me ask him exacty where he lives and I will get back here.
If it were me I dont mind trying out a school for at least a month but most people go on personal feeling and recomendation before they really give something a chance.
