The first three styles I see automatically throw up a red flag for me, Wing Chun, Pentchak Silat, and ninjutsu.

It looks like he got his Ken?o rank from a belt mill, IE Video ranking. And he got his blue in 95 according to this site.

    http://www.karateconnection.com/Newsletters/IKCA2.PDF

    Page 13 in the PDF.

His Escrima rank is under Grandmaster Gilbert Tenio who trained Richard Von Donk. I don't know anything about FMA's so not sure how much BS it is, but I know I have always seen the videos in BB Magazine for sale.

The FMA aspect of this site reaks of commercialism and the same old lines. "Secret style handed down... " ect. They actually believe they are saving the style by selling it... "Only $379 gets you started." WHo buys the stuff?

As someone who does FMA I have considered buying some FMA video to see what else is out there, the thing is I'd buy it from a reputable FMA group like Dog Bros. and I certainly wouldn't consider myself ranked in that art.

"A Complete Learning System has been created for you..... I have to tell you that you will have to train hard to get your Black Belt with us - but when you do you will be skilled and confident with knives and sticks which is much more important than rank, isn't it? And who wants a fake Black Belt certificate anyway? What good will a piece of paper do you if you don't have the skill to back it up? "

They seem to openly admit that they give out fake black belt certs.

I'm filipino and I live here in Manila (too?) Some FMA instructors here are actually quite saddened by the fact many people overseas have been taking Arnis (and other FMA's), watering it down in the process. Btw THERE ARE NO FREAKING RANKS in FMA!!!! There's only "guro" (filipino word for teacher) and "estudyante" (Fil. word for student)
