Hey guys just wondering if you had the cahnce to see this thing called a 'powerball'?

They seem quite interesting...I want to get one! What are your thoughts on them?

I had one for a while. It was pretty good for developing grip strength (much better than those spring grips), but it wasn't anything terribly special.

The marketing pretty annoying to read on that board.

I used one not too long ago for physio for my wrist.
Couldn't really get it to work...but the physiotherapist did....
I suck. :(

I agree with that, those spring grip thingies are fairly linear in their muscle recruitment.

Ah cool. Haha. Yeah the marketing is a little over done....least it didnt proclaim to make you a leathal weapon...yet.
Ender how high did you get the rpm up to? They have a competition as well...seems interesting :). But increased grip strength is always good...how bout wrsits and forearms?

i don't know about the RPMs, but if you really yanked the string for a minute or two you could get some heavy-duty vibrations. Definitely works for the wrists and forearms. I think a lot of tennis players use it as well.

Style: jits with hits
I had one a while back (it eventually got stolen). You can definitely feel the burn in your forearms, but I can't say if it increased my grip strength any. Still, it was something to do while I was doing my homework.
