Slayer, any NYC or Bean-town Hardcore, Slayer, Buckethead, Slayer, Metallica (any album before the Load is fine) and Slayer.

Also make sure you check out Slayer.

    P.S. SLAYER

Also, Five Finger Death Punch is good stuff (martial arts related name too!). Try some Reign Supreme, Have Heart (may have already mentioned), The Comeback Kid, Defeater, or Modern Life Is War.

So, please post whatever music you listen to while working out, so I can copy you. :duckie: :glasses2:

Some of my favourite W/O songs, FYI:

YouTube- Stone Sour - Made Of Scars

YouTube- The Offspring - Spare Me The Details + lyrics

YouTube- blink-182 - The Rock Show
Damn right you need some new music. The majority of your list is crap. Except deftones but that just makes me wanna kill myself.

One answer to your dilemma, GWAR! All of it kicks ass.

    Both their new stuff
    YouTube- Gwar "Let Us Slay"

    And their late 1980s stuff
YouTube- GWAR - Sick Of You

Five Finger Death Punch? Why not go the whole hog and put on some Linken Park?

If you're going working out, all you need is the following song on continuous loop.
YouTube- roots manuva - witness the fitness

    Wow, thanks alot, folks!

    Please, keep 'em coming!

Here's a bit more from my own, in fact, some of the stuff that always gets me going:

YouTube- Street Fighter war / War- Sick Puppies WITH LYRICS

YouTube- Disturbed - 10.000 Fists (With Lyrics)

YouTube- All That Remains - It Dwells On Me (lyrics in description)

And when it comes to epic... Well, I feel a bit ridiculous when I put that on my player in public, but this is just awesome:

YouTube- Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater Soundtrack: Main Theme

So 5FDP is now the latest for generation Yugi-Oh?

I liked their first album pretty well, especially for the 300 bootleg clips some people did... Though I was indeed rather shocked to find the first vid linked to them on the MTV page... Dudes, I feel ooooold.
