I need some new music to listen while I gas out and puke into my McDojo's toilet!
My MP3-player needs new fuel!

Backstory is, when I left for my sabbatical, I took mostly *complicated* music with me. Say, Cafe del Mar, Deftones, Dark Tranquility. - Not exactly music that makes your testosterone boil.
So, please post whatever music you listen to while working out, so I can copy you. :duckie: :glasses2:
Some of my favourite W/O songs, FYI:
YouTube- Stone Sour - Made Of Scars
YouTube- The Offspring - Spare Me The Details + lyrics
YouTube- blink-182 - The Rock Show

YouTube- Bob Marley - Redemption Song
I like to chill when I get my swell on. If that makes any sense.
EDIT: and of course...
YouTube- N.W.A- Straight Outta Compton

I think if you are looking for Aggro music, that you should look into NYHC music like Sick of It All, H2O, Judge and the like. Circle Jerks and Black Flag may be something you are interested in or you could just dive up into some Clutch, Crowbar, Down or Eyehategod. If straightforward rock and roll is what drives you, believe it or not, Izzy Stradlin has some solid rock and roll.
