Most MMA schools are going to teach wrestling for MMA, which means mostly takedowns and top control, but working with MMA guys will keep your wrestling sharp for sure. The same for BJJ.
Outside of that it's hard to find wrestling programs that aren't associated with a high school or college. You could try contacted your old high school wrestling team and asking if you can still come train with them. It's not uncommon. Or contact a local college wrestling club and see what it takes to get to work out with those guys. There aren't many other options out there.
