Hapkido? Chang Sin Kim and Sung Moo Kwan

Quite a long time ago, I did hapkido with the late Pong Ki Kim in New York. He has since passed and much of his background wasn't well documented. Recently, it was suggested his hapkido came form "Chang Sin Kim" and that is was "Sung Moo Kwan"

Anyone ever heard of this or know anything about either??
