You are in the middle of woods!
How far is it to Albany? Probably too far, same with Canadian schools?
From just a google search, I'd check out these if they aren't too far to commute:
http://www.duquettesubmissionfighting.com/?pg=classes
Duquette Submission Fighting
37 Port Kent Road
Nicholville, New York 12965
Phone (315) 328-4073
and
http://www.vtmartialarts.com/school/instructors.asp
Martial Way Self Defense
83 Adirondak Drive
St Albans, VT 05478
(802) 527-5141
The Martial Way looked interesting, a very mixed bag of black belts including Kempo, BJJ, Arnis, Judo etc - looks like a family friendly school that looks like has some good fighters. And the Duquette has total cred from the writeup . Duquette looks like a bunch of fighters training Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and grappling/MMA.
Martial Way has Kempo classes, so it might be what you are looking for. They also teach other arts like grappling and they enter jiu jitsu competitons so it would be easy to add grappling.Last edited by patfromlogan; 2/16/2010 7:39pm at .

i have to admit something i spent 1 year at villaris when i was younger i remember it was taught by master boise and we did spontanious drills and a circle thing kinda like kajukempo but i dont remember the techniques which is why i asked my first question a few months of boxing (i know not much but i practice on my own to this day) , 3yrs taekwondo, 6 months jiu jitsu
