That is one of the nice things about submission fighting, you can go full out, win against a tough opponent and still walk out of the dojo without limping or seeing double. Even the striking is better because you can clinch or take the fight to the ground if you start getting tagged too much from the feet. Straight up boxing or MT is cool, but I'm a little too injury-prone (not to mention I'm not 23 anymore) to indulge in that kind of sparring as much as I used to. . .
