Best martial art for zombie apocalypse?

You know, it occurs to me that the Zombie Apocalypse would be a good opportunity to find out if all the sword techniques HEMA, SCA, kendo, and everyone else has been training with would work on real bodies. It might finally settle the argument as to the effectiveness of the SCA "wrap shot."
