What makes you think you'll get magic powers in a "no more room in Hell" scenario? If the big G (substitute Zeus, Wotan, Ohzmund, or Cthulhu depending on your beliefs) decides to smite us with a plague of ghouls I doubt he/she/it/they will grant us access to magic in the interest of being fair.

It would definitely have to be any of the Japanese weapon martial arts. In particular, Naginata and Kyudo would be very useful. Bogu would make half-decent armor as well.

How to ruin the fun of any zombie discussion:
Zombies probably cant last a week in the wild by themselves. Their food will end really quick, they can't cook/hunt for ****, and they are already rotting for fucks sake.
If staying locked inside my apartment for seven days is a martial art, then it's the best one for surviving the zombie apocalypse.
