Best martial art for zombie apocalypse?

FMA! Not only will it help you if the zombies don't attack. If the zombies do attack you'll be fine too.

This is old but i'll post it anyway, haven't seen it on Bullshido. I still think it relates to the topic at hand.

I will draw extensively on my WTF TKD. Spinning hook kicks, and flying mule kicks. Mezmerize with the foot work, lots of Kiyups to confound, and the hogue and head gear offers some protection from bites.

Before you disolve them with kimchi, confuse their zombie minds to sign up for automatic bank withdrawls to pay for the black belt classes, they have no need for cash now anyways.
