    Best Anti-Zombie MA? Skull-cracking Escrima + zombie-dropping Judo. It's obvious.
"Judo is a study of techniques with which you may kill if you wish to kill, injure if you wish to injure, subdue if you wish to subdue, and, when attacked, defend yourself" - Jigoro Kano (1889)
***Was this quote "taken out of context"?***

"The judoist has no time to allow himself a margin for error, especially in a situation upon which his or another person's very life depends...."
~ The Secret of Judo (Jiichi Watanabe & Lindy Avakian), p.19

scythe would suffer from the same supposed problems of me hacking them in half with the buster sword, they'd still have their arms possibly and could crawl after you. Though yes, they would be slower for sure.

You bring up an interesting point about the floor. We'd have to make sure to have shoes on at ALL times, because people like me, who do shotokan, BJJ, etc etc tend to have very cracked toes and beat up feet, could easily get some zombie blood poison death virus up the cracks (giggity). Steel toe boots ftw.

it should play an alternating mix of the Ice Cream Truck song and the Final Fantasy 7 battle victory music.

This. Lineman's boots with a composite safety toe would be optimal. Additionally, there are motorcycle gloves with carbon fiber across the knuckles. I'd recommend these over the Oakley tactical gloves simply because they can be had in non-perforated leather.
