Haha lol, apparently its an abnormality if a Wing Chun school spars haha.

I guess one way of teaching Wing Chun is just showing all the blocks and intercepts as if they were tools rather then making them out to be all in alls. I've thrown plently of Tan Sao's in my short time as a chunner which have failed to do anything but given me a bloody nose.

There is groundfighting in the style. It consists of the 30 seconds or so for either you or your opponent (or both) to bleed out from multiple stabs and slash wounds.


Needless to say, it's not a very sophisticated groundfighting style.
