    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Any good Judo/Jujitsu Schools in Melbourne, Australia

I'd like to find a school which can show me what I need. Biggest hole for me is that I have no ground fighting, what so ever, ideas?

you could try the same with your suburb. if ground fighting is really all you want out of it judo probably isn't your best bet. try that brazilian thing

There are alot of McDojos in melbourne thanks to Karate and TKD :(

My Wing Chun teacher teaches quite a few takedowns for virtue that his done many arts and has funneled his knowledge, so I guess I might as well say I don't 100% need to know takedowns?

i suggest you try those takedowns at a judo school and then decide if you need to learn more takedowns or not.

    Fixed That For You

The main difference between the two flows from the rules. BJJ forces you to focus your efforts on the ground judo forces you to focus on standing. But they both cover each.

All 3 Branches are really far from my place in Collingwood, the closest one is Dominace as far as i know, but I don't wat to be spending money without a 2nd opinion since I'm also a full time student :(

They seem to be a Will/Machado affiliate (http://www.bjj.com.au/main/?page_id=31), strongly suggesting they are legit.
