Looks pretty legit to me, but I have a feeling there's gonna be a lot of naysayers here because he is not using boxing as his delivery system.
    What do you think?

Whether he's using boxing or not, I think his method would suffer against someone with good footwork. He's charging straight in and pounding away with the #1's and #2's, which perhaps will work against an opponent who stays put, or who also likes to charge in, but against a good kicker, or one who is light on his feet, I don't think it'll work so well.

Chili Pepper - attacks in the street tend to be (from what I've seen and experienced) fully commited, charging straight in. Is this system useful for match fighting? I don't know. You could argue that if western boxing works against a skilled opponent on the mat, using it against an unskilled, commited attacker on the street is a breeze.

It would be interesting to hear if anyone has any experience actually using this kind of hammerfist striking to the head/neck area on a standing opponent, not just on a felled one as is custom in MMA.

This is crap. Making fists and wildly swinging at someone might deter them, but you are not going to get alot of force behind the strikes. In addition, you are not really controlling the distance. The takedowns are just silly. This should be moved to YMAS.

Why would you train to fight the lowest common denominator?
