Well, actually I am an officer's husband, but, I guess as a stay at home dad "wife" isn't so far off. Still, not sure who you mean by: "what's he gonna do..." My wife was just concerned about your command not being too happy about fraternization, but she is kinda "old school" like that.

What was their reasoning behind having you come to Ohio from Detroit? 24th Marines has all the grunt MOS's and 471 and Bridge Co. have pretty much anything else you need.

Oh, Perrysburg Weapons Co? They have some 11's there as well. I guess the guys up at Selfridge ANGB are H&S Co....its a good idea to avoid H&S when you can. You guys in the AFG rotation yet? I ran into your sister BN, 2/24, in IZ.

I'm actually out of Chicago....yeah its a drive but the closest for my MOS (well there is a unit in Quantico that is about the same distance, but **** going there!). My team is heading to South America in a couple months and we're doing the 11.1 rotation for Afghanistan...prob activate December sometime. I know a 1st Sgt over at Weapons Co....he came from the Wing...can't remember his name though. I actually used to CAT-P at Weapons Co when I was in the DEP back on 2000 with the 0351 platoon.

Hey, where do you train MA at? I'm in Fremont and train in Genoa, BG, Sandusky, Fremont, and Windsor, ON.
