From what I've seen so far, she comes across at the typical 16 YR OLD GRRL on the internet who believes that she has a divine right not to be made fun of by assholes and trolls, so persists for a while in doing whatever it was that brought her to the attention of the aforementioned to prove a point, thinking that she can win against the 'internet hate machine' - until it gets too much for her to handle and she deletes all her social networking accounts in a fit of pique, amid rants about cyberbullying and threats of filing police reports for harassment. Then she ends up with an abusive writeup on Encyclopedia Dramatica. That's how it usually plays out, innit?

The only difference here is that she's involved an innocent third party. Who may not even know about this **** until his buddies start ribbing him.

As I thought it would the other day. What I meant was that the kid himself may be completely unaware of the situation, if he doesn't use the internet - and the first he hears of it could be when people start making fun of him.
