lol... I heard bone hardening happens due to calcium deposits building up to prevent a break under stress... But why would that effect your joints?

Why are all of these experimental bone hardening methods being mentioned when Viagra already exists? If you're having trouble with that ****, talk to your doctor. I doubt sticking it in vinegar or hitting stuff with it or anything like that is going to do much.

Knuckle push ups are for strengthing the wrist and giving you a bigger range of motion in the push up. Not bone conditioning.

Well another thing I was thinking about is how those nasty leg breaks happen in mma from like blocking a kick or something. Is it because the guy didnt practice his leg conditioning enough? Or is it because he practiced too much which led to weaker bones.
