    [Training] Camp Skeletor August 2010

Here we go....due to the overwhelming demand for August, we're going to go ahead and do the only weekend that I can get the range for, which is the first weekend of the month.

Our optimal days are August 4-8th. You guys could leave on Wednesday (4th), get here...get settled, train on Thurs, Fri and part of Saturday; have a big ass cookout/beer when the shooting is over, and still have all day Sunday to get back home. Or...we could start on Tuesday--using Tuesday to get here; train Wednesday, Thurs, Fri, and do our shooting on Saturday--then pack up and return home Sunday.

I could perhaps do later in the month---but we'd have to move our "shooting day" to either Thurs, Fri, or Sunday---as match day is usually on Saturdays.
It's up to you guys/girls. What do you think?

August 4-8? Why not. Once that date gets nailed down I will request leave/vacation and hope for the best. Please let me know as soon as the date is confirmed since the sooner I request leave the higher my odds of getting it.

How exciting! Kat and I have been wanting to do some courses for a while now, and this sounds mighty fun. Can't wait to get my hands on all those machine guns, mwahahaha...

So, how firm are those dates, Aug 4-8, looking?

pretty firm. I had to put in for vacation time and ensure the shooting range would be available. I'll have a "gear list" for people to bring here shortly.
I'm just finishing up the final details here as we speak. Might be another few days.

    LS,

I know it has been stated, but cannot put my cursor on it. Where are you holding your course (city/state)?

Thanks Skele. I'll put in a leave slip and that way I should also be able to say well in advance whether or not I can make it.
