Some of you guys really excelled, I definitely had certain people I'd pick out when I was leader that I knew would get the job done.

There were certain people who had taken classes before in firearms handling...that's for sure; it was kind of evident. Like I mentioned before...nearly everyone who showed up exhibited a "Type A" leadership or personality. Everyone there had an aggressive spark and when you get a room full of people like that together---it's fun times for all! LOL

When you do good...there's a slight grunting of approval, but nobody patting you on the back; and when you do bad, everyone wants to give you their 2 cent's worth. I mentioned there at the end that you guys did an amazing job with 10 and 11 man search teams---considering that if we were doing on a professional scale, I'd want 35-40 people, easily.

I'm proud of the lot of you. A good job all around!

Insightful critique, there Chris. I also like the pictures. The pictures are fine.
If you weren't planning on doing it...I was going to organize the pictures into a thread that you could maybe "Sticky" to explain what was going on in certain pictures.

Yeah, from my perspective as a baddy it seemed like people were doing a great job of coordinating despite the fact that we're all more or less strangers to each other and have no real training in this sort of thing. There were of course a lot of mistakes but it was really stressful and that building was dizzyingly complex to try and clear.

Just so you know I'm working on the AAR now. I'm writing quite a lot and putting a lot of thought into it. I have today and tomorrow off and so I've put hours into it so far.
