I actually moved to Jacksonville to train here. Great academy and world class instruction. Daniel teaches all the classes, and there are several high ranking students that often assist. The classes are structured, but the atmosphere is very laid back and everyone here is really friendly, welcoming, and open. Daniel is quite possibly the nicest person I've ever met. He loves it when people come in to visit from out of town too. That's actually how I started with him. I used to make an hour and a half drive to get a class in with him when I could, and I loved the training so much I just moved here. As far as skill goes Daniel's competition record speaks for itself:

Note: Daniel Moraes has competition wins over a who's who of the grappling world including Marcelo Garcia, Fernando "Terere", Lucas Leite, Lucas Lepri, Bill Cooper, Marcio Feitosa, "Cyborg" Abreu, and many more. This list comprises of only his wins from the most prominent tournaments. Daniel has over 350 career first place tournament wins.

Rhalan Gracie, who was a finalist in the IBJJF Mundials in 2009 at Brown Belt Middle-heavyweight also helps with the instruction and is often present. Rhalan also runs a school out of St. Augustine. Students of all the Relson Gracie Academies in the area: Relson Gracie Jacksonville, Relson Gracie Fernadina, and Relson Gracie St. Augustine are permitted to crosstrain between the academies at no extra charge.

Gym has a half-cage seperating the mats from the crossfit half of the gym. strength and conditioning classes available also, and are required for the competition team.

Daniel Moraes is a beast, I've been to some of his seminars great teacher.

Are you sure striking instruction is a 9? I searched a bit and couldn't come up with any hits for Adam Sugalski. Besides, they only offer two MT classes a week at the school, so there's only so far you can go even with the best instructor.

The head trainer at my gym is a guest coach at buakaw's training camps, and I'm not even sure I'd give my gym a 9 in striking.

My bad, I misinterpreted the some of the criteria, but there are more classes now that aren't on the website yet.

I totally agree with the review. Excellent place to train. The instructors are awesome and everyone is really easy to get along with. Also, all Gracie Jacksonville and Gracie St. Augustine students have free access to Gracie Fernandina as well.
