SAMBO seminar Fri and Sat

starting Tonight at 5pm to 8pm there will be a 2-Day Sambo Seminar taught by ASA and Team American Sambo member Carlos
Cummings.
Seminar will be held at PUNCH Kettlebell Gym, St. Pete. at the price of 50 dollars for both days.

I'm going for both days and I know a few people live in tampa as well. Demoneyes I believe, and lamegrappler are two relatively nearby I can think of off the top of my head.

In any case, If anyones interested in checking it out I'm putting it up there. I will be there as well so If anyone would like to see me or or my wing chun in person or roll afterwards provided there is time I have no objections with that. Otherwise everyone have a good night and I'll see what I can learn from my first official Sambo clinic. :)

Read the stickies! If you had, you would have seen this:

The following should always be included when listing a seminar.

1. Date and time.
2. Name of location along with a physical address. Include the state/region.
3. Name of instructor(s) and a brief list of their qualifications.
4. Cost of seminar.
5. Class scheduling with descriptions of the different classes offered.

All you're really lacking is the physical address of the gym location.

I understand if you can't list the information required by #5.

yeah srry about that I really wasn't planning on goin till I woike up this morning and saw my email. Thers another class tommorow at 9am. That's why I posted it up this afternoon thinkin a few of the people might be able to make it tommorow.

Having returned formt he night portion though, I can say this, SAMBO has some nifty stuff in it. He had some simple foot locks from catch wrestling that really sucked lol. Tommorow we are learning standup, takedowns and a bit more ground transitional stuff so it should still have plenty of new stuff to see.

once again for anyone interested the price for both ngihts is 50 since one night has already passed you might be able to knock some of the price off if you negotiate with justin or carlos. But I can't say fopr certain what they'll say.

It was alot of fun. Not sure how far away you are but I believe he said next weekend he would be in jacksonville. Perhaps you can check that out.

I'm in Pensacola. That's as far left as you can get in the state. He is from Panama City right? I will try to get over there some time.

Was he pretty good?
