    Master Rianard Jackson

I am moving to Corpus Christi Texas. I am looking for a place to work out that may offer Taekwon-do and Judo. I came across Master Rianard Jackson. He seems too good to be true. I am not sure if anyone person could have master all the arts that he claims.
    Judo
    Tomiki Aikido
    Jujutsu
    Chin Mu Kwan Taekwondo
    Taekwondo Moodukkwan
    Shotokan Karate Do
    Shindo Muso Ryu Jyodo
    Matsumura Kenshinkan Shorin-ryu
    Matsumura Kenpo Shorin-ryu
    Matsumura Shorin-ryu
    Okinawan Kobudo
    Escrima
    Kendo

It would seem that to have an understanding of even just a couple would involve a great commitment and not that one could do it from Corpus Christi.

I am not even sure I understand what Aiki-Chiba-Ryu is.

I am always suspicious of multiple sites. Here is another one

There are several hall of fames which seems to be bullshido more often then not.
    ZOTAI BUDOKU KAI
    East West Martial Arts Council/Association

These seem to be his own organizations. He is associated with Karl Geis and
    Fugakukai International Association
Geis has a good rep at least for his judo.

I am not sure about the Chin mu kwan TKD.

Jackson is an assistant minister at this Baptist church.

He is listed under Phil Porter for Judo. Is there some problem with Porter?

    Brian T. Burke
Do you all think that he is a qualified martial artist or does it stink of bullshido?

Good luck. Post back on what you find if you can.

Remember, don't buy into their bullshit. Many of these "multi-style masters" would get their asses handed to them by an amateur boxer.

If you haven't read this yet, go for it:

I have been following this thread for a week to see if anyone would post. I know Master Jackson through his connection in CTF TKD. He was around during my only serious injury in martial arts. I can speak only about his TKD as I have had no association with any of his other arts. He is a nice guy and everything he has taught has been legit. I have only been to seminars but I have always been impressed. He comes from the time of tournaments when things were a lot harder (the so called blood and guts time in Texas). I know people that may not like him but even they give credit to his martial arts.

    Is the real deal

I can only talk abou this CTF TKD but My teacher has studied under him. Whether he has "mastered" all of those martial arts is defenitly in speculation on my part but I know that his TDK lineage is straight legit. Also my BJJ instructor who has his belt from the Serra Brothers and still trains with Renzo says thta he has heard of him as a judo guy who "knows his stuff". Reguardless he seems like some one who you do not want to mess with.
