Thats a very specific question for a worldwide forum that not even people from Perth are likely to be able to answer, your best bet is to get a list of boxing/mt gyms in the area and start ringing numbers. I wouldn't really count on finding one though, most will close for at least a week over xmas.
In the future post stuff like this in newbietown."Boxing is the art of hitting an opponent from the furthest distance away, exposing the least amount of your body while getting into position to punch with maximum leverage and not getting hit."

Do heaps of sprint training and shadow work in the time off while your body heals up (as MMAMikey said). A week is nothing.
