Agreed, his fighting is so boring that I'm forced to notice how ugly he is.
I am really developing a love/hate relationship with HDNet. They cover so many fight promotions I like that I'm constantly having to manage my DVR's capacity. No sooner do I get something watched and erased than I have more stuff to record.
It doesn't help that my DVR suddenly decided to start ignoring remote controls a few weeks back, so now I have to watch my recordings in real time. I have DREAM 11 and 12 recorded right now (which is seven hours of HD, or roughly 42% of my capacity) and by Saturday night I'll have added one hour of M1/Affliction Challenge, one hour of Inside MMA, three hours of MFC, four hours of K-1, and three hours of UFC. In order to get all that in, I'm going to have to spend the next two afternoons watching (and then erasing) the DREAM events.
Sadly, this is becoming more typical as HDNet expands its coverage. -

I think there are some interesting match ups because of past history.
Badr Hari was knocked out badly by Overeem.
Shilt was knocked out badly by Badr Hari.
There is the the Badr Hari/Bonjasky debacle of last year...
I still think Shilt is going to win though. Aerts and Hari were able to push him back by attacking very agressively but I don't see that trick working again. I'd imagine he would have trained against that fighting style.
I'm guessing on a final between Hari and Shilt, with Shilt winning.
The most interesting fight of the evening I think will be Hari vs Overeem. Can't wait for that rematch. -

Opening fights
Keiichi Samukawa vs. Ryuji Kajiwara
Singh Jaideep vs. Makoto Uehara
Jan Soukup vs. Tsutomu Takahagi
Reserve fight 1:
Peter Aerts vs. Gokhan Saki
Quarter-Finals:
Ruslan Karaev vs. Badr Hari
Alistair Overeem vs. Ewerton Teixeira
Jerome Le Banner vs. Semmy Schilt
Errol Zimmerman vs. Remy Bonjasky
Reserve fight 2:
Daniel Ghita vs. Sergei Kharitonov
Super fight:
Tyrone Spong vs. Keijiro Maeda (Kyotaro)
My picks are in bold. Not rooting for Schilt but I see him beating LeBanner seeing as how he beat him before.
Rooting for Maeda hoping he counter punches instead of doing his best Kalib Starnes impression like he did against Karaev.
When does the GP re-air I have something that I need to be awake for Saturday Morning so I can't stay up to watch it live.(No I don't have DVR) -

Here's the trailer to the event. Awesome stuff if you're into how Japan presents their MMA and K1.

Maybe. I haven't been following K-1 too closely but the last I saw Schilt beat Jerome Le Banner was by repeatedly kicking him in the knee. Which JLB was coming off surgery from the previous year.
I'm rooting for JLB since I love his style, and my own windmill attacks come from a southpaw stance as well.Surfing Facebook at work? Spread the good word by adding us on Facebook today! https://www.facebook.com/Bullshido
