    the thing is though, that the technique they teach appears to be ****. I teach martial arts as part of my PT work, but i refuse to go down the road i see a lot where people end up sacrificing technique to make it easier to teach. this UFC mcdojo place appears to be heading down that road.

    that's actually really scary, cuz i had always considered mma to be the anti-mcdojo, and the easiest way to see if someone's training's effective (forget talking best just to hit the mat)
