Stored Coach Tripp's comments about judo accreditation in the US in a wiki template. It will be applicable to other claims of judo rank in the US.

After reading this information I immediately canceled my membership with Sanders, but apparently my contract has a 2 month cancellation clause in it and I'm being charged quite a bit of money.
I wouldn't mind paying it, but it makes me sick that I was outrageously lied to for over a year and now am being told that I must give even more money to this man. Not to mention I received no class instruction for the period I'm being charged for.
Anyone have experience with how to deal with this sort of fraud? Do I have a legal argument of fraudulent signing precedence or do I just need to pony up the cash and take it like a man.
i.e. would the information/personal contact yielded by this investigation have any standing in court?Last edited by gb290; 2/19/2010 12:58pm at .
