After I dislocated my ribs, (3rd round I believe) I spent the rest of the Ironman just defending and trying to not get slammed on that side.
I went in with a just freshly healing ankle, I left with a dislocated rib, too-many-armbars elbow, sore quads, back, neck and my freshly healing ankle is no longer freshly healing.
