Depends. Some of us will do 5 times a week, others will break it down to 3 days BJJ, 2 days Muay Thai, or 3 days BJJ, 2 days MMA. My schedule breaks down when I train consistently to 3 times a week BJJ, another 2 days of privates with Shark or Danillo. When I have a fight coming up, I usually start 3 months out with Muay Thai 2x a week with BJJ, then a month out just straight MMA.

**** YEAH!!!!!!
Congrats to all. Jeff, Ant, and Francisco. I remember rolling with Jeff at the last throwdown and thinking that if he added to solid tech to that strength and size he could be hard to handle, glad to see that he took to BJJ.
ATT belts are the real deal man; if Liborio (or any ATT instructor for that matter) promotes you, you have put in your time, blood, sweat, and tears to earn it.
Welcome to the blue belt club, you will now have to adjust and center the targets on your back and wear them proudly for the next 6 months. At least that is how long it took me to feel like all the whites were not gunning for me anymore.
CONGRATS, ATT for the win baby!!!! -

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -
