TKD in San Mateo, CA

Howdy folks,
been lurking around the forum for a while, for more details about yours truly you can check out my intro newbietown.
my favorite instructor doesn't seem to be teaching in my dojang (Hwa Rang Kwan in San Carlos) and i really enjoy his take on the sport.
So now i am looking for a good school in San Mateo are (650) with good focus on the athletic part of TKD where instructors will actually motivate you to succeed and push you. You know who i'm talking about, the high school coach you respected and feared.
I am familiar with Google Business listing, but all i am coming up with looks like RexKwanDo. Any help is definitely appreciated.

I haven’t personally gone to either of these places but I have talked to a couple people and they gave good reviews. There is kiks tae kwon do in San Mateo www.kikstkd.com. There is also Gold Medal Martial Arts in Foster City www.goldmedalcenter.com. It couldn’t hurt to give these places a shot.

Agreed. I've checked out Gold, have yet to stop by Kiks.
