Style: Does exercise count?
A couple of weeks back I was in Vegas for a trade show, and I passed by this booth which had guys in full gis fighting presumably under MMA rules on a platform much like the one used in the WCL. I didn't get a lot of time to watch since presumably I was working or something, but there also seemed to be 2 on 1 matches where one guy would wear black pants and a white top and the other 2 were in all white.
The booth was for some energy drink, which didn't seem to have anything to do with it, and at the time I didn't think to ask.
Does anyone have a clue what this is called?

Sounds like a demo to me. 2 on 1, and the guy with the endorsement gets to punch, kick, throw his "opponents" (probably students of his.)
Trade shows are all about getting people to pay attention, stop by the booth, and spend enough time there to let a sales guy do his thing.

hurf durf. I forgot to say this was on TV screens, and seemed totally unrelated to their product. They had booth girls there, sometimes singing and dancing. The fight thing seemed more for the entertainment of the people running the booth.

I remember a while back someone posted vids from an MMA org where they hold 3-way matchs and the fighters wear gis.

Ah hah! The mystery has been solved. It's called "San-Do"
YouTube- San Do
It looks like a spectacle, but I'd probably watch a few times just to see how it goes.
