Jerry Cook was my roommate from 1985 - 1990 - the only roommate he has ever had in his life that i know of. We worked out for hours almost every day, had blackbelt friends that came by almost everyday, and I learned over 12 black belt forms in that timeframe - wouldn't trade that time in my life for just about anything - we rocked - At the end of that time - Jesus had Mercy on me - showed me the truth - and I left the destruction behind me - I still work out but nothing like I used to - used to think of 1000's of way to kill someone in seconds all day long - we had 2 second rule - if your opponent was still standing in 2 seconds - turn and run because he is obviously a very good fighter - just an old bum now but all this is true - want more info email me at rar393939@mail.com - Praise the Lord
