    Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

Fucking sweet. I'm getting the game just for El Guapo. **** Fedor and Randy, they aren't as funny.

He better have "Leevar Shot" as a special move. Spelled exactly that way. Maybe he can shout it when he does it. Oh! And the splits after he wins! I'll be right back...

    It sounds AWESOME.

The more I read about the game, the less I'm bothered by the weird textures and the more I get excited. If the gameplay and concept of multiple orgs and a deep career mode are as good as they sound, then I'll trust EA to fix the claymation textures before release.

Makes you wonder what made them change their mind about "MMA not being a real Sport"

If you actually believe this was EA's position at any point from 2006 to now, then I have something to tell you.

    Spoiler:
Dana White says the word "gullible" isn't in the dictionary.

Hmm, I hope some of the code for fight night carried over. The physics for that game were amazing. The character profiles for ea mma currently don't seem nearly as polished though.

With all their downsizing and increased focus on quality games, hopefully EA does a good job with this one.

It's an EA sports game, and those fuckers know how to produce some seriously polished games. UFC undisputed wasn't a bad game at all, it was the best MMA game yet, at any rate, but I would not be at all surprised if this one turns out to be even better.

Not that I really mind, but I can see it being something of a factor in the mainstream; the EA MMA game doesn't have as much star power as the UFC game.
