UFC Main Events Dick-move or Genius-play

So I was watch Spike the other day and saw a commercial for UFC main events where they will be showing three main event fights this Saturday at the same time as the Strikeforce Fedor vs Rogers. On the UFC website the event is listed and follows:

Spike TV presents a special evening of recent UFC main event fights never-before-seen on cable (non-pay-per-view) showcasing the world’s best mixed martial arts fighters. The two-hour telecast, UFC Main Events, culminates with the highly-anticipated headlining bout of UFC® 102 featuring Randy Couture and 'Minotauro' Nogueira.

Other fights premiering on Spike tonight include:
Penn vs Florian
Franklin vs Belfort
Silva vs Griffin

Now in my opimon this is just Dana being spiteful,but I do see the advantage of hurting Strikefore's revenue being that Strikeforce is the UFC's main rival, but I don't see it affecting it that much so in the end just looks like a dick-move on the their part.

Thats my opinon but I'd like to see what everyone else thinks.

Dana's doing what Vince Mcmann did with the WWE to the WCW...Fedor's the MMA equivlant to Hulk Hogan and he's pissed he doesn't have him. It's actually a smart move on his part.

The WWF also did this to boxing PPVs

But really....hmmmm, let me watch a bunch of fights that have already happened and I can find on the net if I haven't already watched vs. live fedor, gegard etc. Dick move and pointless too

He's done variations on this for every big non UFC mma event so far.

He did it to the first affliction event, and maybe the second one also?

It's business, I don't blame him for it one bit. It's costs him practically nothing to air old fights, and could potentially hurt Strikieforces bottom line. It might not, but like I said, it costs practically nothing, so there isn't much risk for him or spike.

It's just good competition really.
