Rogers hits hard.Overeem beats up K-1 champions.You can't compare the standup of those two.Overeem is strong as an ox now.His wrestling is also good.

Also, I agree. Overeem isn't a Fedor killer. There really aren't any Fedor killers outside the UFC IMO.

When's Overeem displayed good wrestling skills? From memory, I can't seem to recall him convincingly smashing any good wrestlers - he just has a bunch of guys running into his fucking guillotine choke. Other than that, his only submission wins are against such submission pimps as Mark Hunt, Gary Goodridge, Igor V, James "The twelve foot can" Thompson and Vitor Belfort, who has a BJJ black belt but has never submitted anybody of note.

Fedor could moonwalk over Overeem - but I am biased since I hate his puffy "Oh look, I suddenly gained 40 pounds of muscle overnight, how did THAT HAPPEN?" face and stupid haircut.

I've been waiting for Soko to show his judo since I saw him tossing Ryan Loco all over the ring for laughs. This is fucking beautiful.

Let the record show that Sokoudjou is, and has been a good fighter, just not quite as good as everyone expected given his Little Nog and Arona fights.

I'm apparently much more of a Fedor nuthugger then I thought. I can honestly say that that was the most emotionally invested I have ever been in a fight. I just couldn't bear the the thought of him going down in flames after a org change like Crocop and Shogun.

Gayhard versus Soccerjew was a great fight. For the first five minutes. Then the African Assassin got pinned down and seemed to just give up.

I can't see how people can be disappointed in the Shields/Miller fight. I wanted a finish too, but I can't complain about a fight in which somebody got saved from an RNC due to the round ending.

I think Fedor may change into his true form during the rematch if Rogers learns to be more careful and gets his conditioning up. That's the second person I've seen get caught by Fedor playing possum.

People are making a bit too much of the Rogers having a full time job thing, so do most professional fighters. Even some top ranked ones like Fitch and others.
